Position Overview
SASSE75 is seeking a Cloud Security Architect with expertise in AWS, GCP, and Azure to design and implement secure cloud solutions for our clients. This role will focus on developing security strategies, risk management, and compliance frameworks to protect cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement multi-cloud security architectures and best practices.
- Identify security risks and define risk mitigation strategies.
- Develop cloud security policies, standards, and automation frameworks.
- Collaborate with engineering and DevOps teams to integrate security into cloud deployments.
- Conduct security assessments, audits, and compliance checks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS Benchmarks).
- Lead incident response and security investigations in cloud environments.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 3 years focused on cloud security.
- Strong expertise in AWS, GCP, and Azure security frameworks and tools.
- Experience with IAM, network security, encryption, container security (Kubernetes), and CI/CD security.
- Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., SOC 2, HIPAA, PCI DSS, FedRAMP).
- Strong problem-solving and risk assessment skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Security – Specialty, Google Professional Cloud Security Engineer, Azure Security Engineer Associate, CISSP, or CISM.
- Experience with SIEM, SOAR, and cloud-native security tools (e.g., Wiz, Palo Alto Prisma Cloud, Microsoft Defender for Cloud).
