SASSE75 is looking for a Business Development Manager to lead proposal and RFP management efforts. This role will focus on identifying business opportunities, developing compelling proposals, and driving the RFP/RFI/RFQ process from start to finish.
Research and track relevant RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in both government and private sectors.
Stay updated on industry trends to identify new business opportunities.
Lead the development of technical, management, and pricing proposals.
Create and manage proposal templates, compliance checklists, and submission timelines.
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to gather content and develop winning strategies.
Source and align team members with client requirements for proposal responses.
Maintain a database of resumes and qualifications for proposal support.
Build and manage relationships with subcontractors, partners, and vendors.
Process Improvement
Develop and refine internal proposal development processes for efficiency.
Track win/loss metrics and recommend improvements.
